Cirrus, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, has been awarded finalist for Contact Centre Experience at the UK National Innovation Awards 2023.
For this award a total of 93 judges, specialising in customer experience, customer contact, or customer service, were selected to judge across the categories.
Commenting on the results, Awards Director Sam Heggie-Collins stated: “The Contact Centre Experience & Insight categories of the 2023 edition of the UK National Innovation Awards competition were very closely contested. The quality of finalists’ submissions was very strong, and the judges had a hard task deciding the winners and runners-up. The high number of requests from judges for brochures, customer testimonials, and demos post-competition is testament to the quality of technology innovation the competition showcased.”
