To access the Cirrus application, locate the Cirrus folder from your windows taskbar, access this and open Cirrus. Because you will likely be using Cirrus daily, if you are using Windows 7, please pin this program to your taskbar faster access. |

Once Cirrus has successfully loaded, the following will appear.

If none has been specified please you cc.drtld.com Username: You will be assigned a unique 8 digit number. The reason for numeric user name is because you can use certain features of Cirrus, for example accessing your voicemails, over a normal telephone, for example your mobile phone while you are out of the office Password: You will be assigned a password. Save my details on this computer: If you never change computers or desks you can use this tick box to save these details. CAUTION: Do not use if you move seats regularly Auto Connect on start-up: This will automatically sign in for you when you open the Cirrus application. NOTE: Must be used with the tick box ‘Save my details on this computer’ Use SSL Certificate: Please always tick this box unless otherwise instructed by your manager Check all of the above. When you are sure that the details entered are correct, click Sign In. On Successful Sign In Cirrus will display your configuration. |

2.4) Signing Out of Cirrus
At the end of your shift / day, it is important to remember to correctly Sign Out of Cirrus. You can do so as follows: |

Sign Out: You can Sign Out by clicking the Sign Out button at the top of your Cirrus Screen, or by clicking the X on the top right of Cirrus. |

Sign Out Confirmation: In some circumstances, you will get a warning message asking you if you really intended to sign out. This is to prevent accidental Sign Out. The message will look like this: |

Sign Out Presence Change: In addition, you will need to confirm that your Presence is set to Logged Out when you try to Sign Out of Cirrus (there’s more about this later on). You will get a message which looks like this: |
