We consider ourselves to be very fortunate at Cirrus, which is why we’ve made it a core part of our culture to embrace Corporate Social Responsibility and ensure we do our part to help others.
The Sliver Line
The Silver Line is a UK based charity that offers a 24 hour helpline for the elderly, who face loneliness after having lost loved ones or friends. People can call up and just talk, be sociable and enjoy someone else’s company, at any time of the day or night. We can quite proudly say our technology and resources have helped to make this happen.
How We Help

Our team are an active bunch, doing a lot to help with causes they care about. At Cirrus we put in place a policy to help even further. We pay staff to have time off to support charities and match any personal fund raising efforts, (up to £1000 per event). Anything from a 5k run, a marathon, a gruelling climb up Mt Kilimanjaro or just a sponsored dress down day in the office is supported.
The Silver Line staff kindly refer organisations to us now and then, based on some of the great conversations they have about our Cloud Contact Centre technology. Each time they do, we make a donation to the charity.
Our technology is perfect for help-lines and fund raising activity. We offer our innovative solutions and expertise on preferential terms for not-for-profit organisations allowing them to gain all of the benefit of cloud-based telephony.
