Cirrus wins Best Enterprise Contact Centre Solution at the Comms National Awards

Cirrus, an award-winning provider of multi-channel cloud Contact Centre Solutions (CCaaS), collected the award during a ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on Thursday, October 12, 2017.

In addition to the Best Enterprise Contact Centre solution award, Cirrus was also highly commended for the Best SME Cloud Solution and Best SME Contact Centre Solution category.

The Comms National Awards is the UK’s flagship independent ICT industry awards programme judged by industry specialists. The ceremony takes place each October and is hosted by Comms Dealer which works with vendors to drive better standards across the industry.

Cirrus’ winning entry was based on the implementation of 200-seat contact centre and 60 seat business continuity centre to support complex needs across various locations and successfully processing high volumes of interactions.
