A Better Cloud Contact Centre Training Strategy

The Cirrus ’30-60-90’ Training Service is unique to Cirrus and is customer focused, providing support over a structured period of time, to ensure that handover is completed seamlessly. It’s designed to enable the Customer’s operations and support staff to gain buy-in and make them efficient and effective in its use, optimising ROI in a short period of time.

Our training programme is delivered in phases to maximise the benefits for our customers. These phases are:

  1. Onsite training is provided on the design and features of the new system prior to the service being launched;
  2. For 30 Days, the operator familiarisation allows them to use the system, having telephone support services for any query;
  3. At 60 days, webinar training is provided which is customised and focused on areas the customer wishes to explore in depth;
  4. At 90 days, assisted training is based on taking customers through their own changes and configuration of the system while being monitored by support staff.In addition to the 90 day program, we offer customised workshops for Customers on-site or via web demos, as and when required to refresh previous training or cover new functionality.
